Aiko de Japón se gradúa en la escuela Gakushuin de primaria

Los príncipes herederos Naruhito y Masako arroparon a su hija en la ceremonia de graduación

Naruhito y Masako de Japón y la princesa AikoLa Princesa, de 12 años de edad, asistió a la ceremonia de graduación con sus orgullosos padres y ya está matriculada para cursar secundaria en el mismo centro escolar desde el próximo mes de abril.
La princesa Aiko, que comenzó a ir a la prestigiosa escuela Gakushuin de primaria en 2008, dejó de asistir durante un breve período, en febrero de 2010, por acoso escolar. La niña se había quejado de dolor de estómago y de ansiedad. Ambos trastornos motivados por las insufribles molestias de un grupo de chicos de segundo grado, lo que llevó al Palacio Imperial a intervenir y pedir medidas a los responsables del colegio. Ante la normal preocupación por su vida escolar, desde entonces hasta diciembre de 2011, la princesa Masako la acompañó al colegio.
Superados sus temores, la Princesa se unió a la orquesta de la escuela como violonchelista (su padre toca el violín) en cuarto grado y al club de baloncesto al año siguiente. También estudió inglés en clases extraescolares y en la Universidad Gakushuin femenina cada verano. Motomasa Higashisono, uno de los directores de la escuela Gakushuin, dijo que la princesa Aiko logró superar sus miedos y se hizo fuerte.
